I purchased this case to display graded (PSA & BGS) cards in my home office. Out the box, it looks fantastic - nice stain, good glass. Once on the wall, however, it doesn't work very well at all. The latching mechanism to keep the door closed employs metal buttons like you might find on a briefcase or suitcase. The result is that a great deal of force is required to open the door. Maybe this works for you if you want to keep out prying little hands, but it takes a fair amount of force to close the door also, typically resulting in jarring the contents of the case pretty well - meaning nothing stays where you put it. Even this is a small matter compared to the case's biggest flaw - the wall mounting brackets are on the very top of the case, but the shelves aren't angled at all to compensate. The result is that the case leans forward from the top mount when hanging on the wall, so all the cards lean up agains the glass when the door is closed. Not only does this look terrible, it also means that the cards fall out the case when you do open the door.Disappointed as the case does look great, but with the cards leaning up against the glass it looks terrible, and trying to add cards is a real pain.
