I purchased this card as a center decoration on a “money” tree for my brother. The quality, color, price and shipping was excellent ! I surrounded the card with gift cards to restaurants and lottery tickets. He loved it! Buying for a guy can be difficult. I heard a lot of great comments when he opened his gift.PerfectBeautiful had scrolled paper spirals form the balloon.This is a beautiful card. It is thick paper and exactly the size on the description. The only downside was the inside “liner” was not attached. I glued it down in the middle but it took some time to dry. I didn’t have time to return the card but feel the company would have sent me another. My mother-in-law thought the card was beautiful.Not your run of the mill cards. Granddaughter loved it and that’s what counts.This is a beautiful card. Unfortunately, both the card and the envelope were very creased and wrinkled. The quilling on the card was coming undone. I had to re glue it. I was pretty disappointed and expected to receive an undamaged product
