I bought four Japan SIM cards in two orders. I was able to activate two with no problem before I flew out to Japan. I was unable to activate the other two, so I emailed sales. They wrote back right away, but I was too busy and didn’t have enough time dealing with activating SIM cards or replying to them.I flew out of US worried that I wouldn’t be able to activate the other two. Sales followed up with me asking if I got my problem resolved. We exchanged multiple emails with me leaving them hanging for hours and hours, but they were very patient and kept trying to help me.In the end, it turned out that I was using the wrong order number (because I had brought them in two separate orders but was trying to use the same order ID for all the cards).I felt that the sales reps really cared that I was going to be able to use the SIM cards I purchased. Thanks to them, the SIM cards are working now.I also had a question after starting to use the SIM card that sales helped me with.I had turned off my cellular data (trying not to use it all up) and was using the hotel Wi-Fi. I was missing calls on the LINE app and my iMessages weren’t going through. Sales told me that I should keep the cell data on because when there is Wi-Fi, the cellphone automatically uses the Wi-Fi and the cell data doesn’t get drained.Resolving this issue was very important to me since I got the data-only SIM card and don’t have a phone number that goes with it, the only way people can reach me (that I know) is through apps and iMessage.Sales has been able to resolve all my issues and I’m impressed by their care and follow through. I definitely recommend this company for data-only Japan SIM card.*I opted to communicate with them over email, but they also offered to help through WhatsApp.F some reason their has been some changes to my itinerary. But I have already submitted the activation for the card do I contacted them. They were able to solve my problem with just one email, I never imagined it to be that easy. Now I’m Japan enjoying my vacation and The network is very smooth. Very happy with this purchase.I purchased 3 Mewfi SIM cards for my Japan trip with my family. Two of them worked fine, but one didn't work. I cannot find support contact on the activation page nor on Amazon product page. I found a support contact email address for who purchased same product from Amazon.co.jp (not Amazon.com), and I was able to get email support from Mewfi agent in Japan. But even after multiple email transactions, the issue didn't solve. I was not able to use cellular network with my phone during my Japan trip. I would say, this product is difficult to install, difficult to troubleshoot, and there is no support for troubles. (The support I received was from the Mewfi agent in Japan, which is difficult to find.) I don't recommend spending your money on this product, even if this product looks cheaper than others.
